I have been a trustee and a CEO and know the challenges that exist from both sides. My MBA Dissertation focused on 'Governance in small charities' and how to navigate the many responsibilities that come from running a non-profit organisation. To become more efficient in this area you may benefit from an external impartial experienced person to listen, guide and plan your way to a smoother way of working.
