I will start with taking you through how to manage your portfolio, where to look for funding opportunities and how to organise your pipeline. We will then look at your preparation and create a 'case-for-support' document that includes all the information you need about your organisation. We will then create a 'general' funding request letter refining your introduction and explanation as to who your organisation is and why it is brilliant at what it does. We will also look at how you explain 'the need' and how you demonstrate impact. I will then take you through my key tips for successful bid writing.
